Presentation:

A wine with an aromatic profile, elegant, which expresses itself with intensity and complexity on floral notes, mixed with fruit aromas. A long, complex and persistent finish. A wine of supreme elegance, with a golden color over time.

Grape varieties
Clairette blanche, Clairette rose and Ugni blanc,

Terroir
On slopes located north and south of the Grand Cabri. Soil of clay and limestone scree called “Langesse”.

Harvest
Hand picked in small boxes of 15kg allowing to make a first sorting.

Vinification
After a cold maceration and pressing, the fermentation is done in barrels, where the wine will be aged for 8 months.
